As a homeowner, the last thing you want is pests making themselves at home. Woody’s Exterminating’s Quarterly Residential Service Agreement gives you year-round protection covering 42 pests – stinging insects, crawling insects, and rodents – with scheduled quarterly treatments and free callback visits in between. No surprises, just consistent coverage.
What’s Included Every Quarter
- Includes:
- Exterior perimeter spray and granular treatment
- Installation and servicing of exterior rodent bait stations (3 stations included)
- Exterior rodent exclusion using silicone, steel wool, and quick-dry cement
- De-webbing of spider webs and egg sacs up to 15 feet
- Crack and crevice dusting (winter visits)
- Interior service available upon request

- After the Initial Service, we stop by Quarterly.
This Includes: - Cockroaches (German, American, Oriental, Wood, Brown-banded)
- Ants — odorous house, pavement, citronella, carpenter ants
- Occasional invaders — spiders, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, silverfish, crickets
- Overwintering pests — stink bugs, boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles
- Pantry & fabric pests — Indian meal moths, carpet beetles, weevils, and more
- Stinging insects — wasps, hornets, carpenter bees, yellow jackets, bumble bees
- Mice and rats
- Not included: bed bugs, termites, fleas/ticks, mosquitoes, honey bees, wildlife
If you end up having any issues throughout the year no need to worry! All Service Calls throughout the year are free & included within the Residential Service Agreement.
Billed monthly on the 15th. Exterior quarterly service with interior visits available upon request.
